Peralta Custom Gloves ("we," "us," or "our") offers custom baseball and softball gloves. Our online store is hosted by Shopify. By using our website and services, you accept these Terms in full.

3. Custom Products and Final Sale Policy
All gloves are custom-built and final sale. No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be issued after your order is confirmed unless there is a manufacturing error.

Orders are subject to acceptance. We may reject or cancel any order for any reason. All prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
5. Production and Shipping
Turnaround time is generally 4–8 weeks, with additional time if break-in service is selected. All delivery estimates are approximate. Title and risk transfer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. A shipment marked as “Delivered” is considered fulfilled.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Chargebacks initiated after successful delivery will be disputed with full documentation. Fraudulent activity may result in banned access and/or collections proceedings.
7. Product Accuracy
We strive for accuracy in our product visuals and descriptions, but actual glove appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings or handmade elements.
8. Pricing and Billing
Prices may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and customs fees may apply. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize all charges incurred.
