Production Time:
After your order is placed, it takes approximately 3–10 weeks for our skilled artisans to handcraft your custom glove. We take great care to create a glove that meets your exact preferences, and this craftsmanship takes time to achieve perfection.
Shipping Timeline:
Once your glove is completed, we will ship to the address provided during checkout. Shipping times vary by region and carrier. You will receive a tracking number via email once your glove has shipped.
Delivery Confirmation:
Once tracking shows the status as “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or unclaimed packages once delivery is confirmed.
Missing Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout and the glove ships, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
