Return & Shipping Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our gloves, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is:

A manufacturing defect

An error made by our team (e.g., wrong glove, misspelled embroidery, etc.)

To request a review, contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Include the following in your email:

Your order number

Photos clearly showing the issue

A brief explanation of the problem

We reserve the right to deny claims made after the 5-day window or if the issue is determined to be due to misuse.

Cancellations:
Custom glove orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellations are no longer guaranteed due to production commencement.

Order Changes:
If you need to modify your order (e.g., size, color, model), please email us within 48 hours. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot promise updates after this period.

Refunds for Production Delays:
Our typical production time is 3–10 weeks. If delays extend significantly beyond this window, you may request a refund or choose to wait and receive a discount or store credit.

Manufacturing Defects:
If your glove arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, we will offer a resolution such as a repair, replacement, or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
